Product: HP Folio 9470m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP Elitebook Folio 9470m.

 

Battery problem. I have changed the battery twice . Same problem. The laptop gets low quickly.

Battery 1: 20% and in use. battery 2: not present

Make sure you have the correct charger. If it is underpowered, you can run the laptop but not charge it at the same time.

 

Clear cmos following the guide here- https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01684768 

 

Then run the UEFI advanced diagnostics on battery and charger, post a picture of the results here.
