Hi,
My battery is plugged in and is not charging (staying at 1%). I've tried many troubleshooting techniques but have not been able to resolve the problem. I tried a battery test, it failed and got the following message:
Battery Test: Primary - Replace(42) Secondary - NOT INSTALLED (60)
FAILURE ID: M093PH-5JP73P-MFH15G-C09S03
PRODUCT ID: LW225UA#ABA
Primary Battery
Battery Test: FAILED
I'd like to make sure and exhaust the resources, can I get help on this please? Thank you.

Hi Shiloh08,
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome. I have read your thread on your HP Pavilion dv6-6113cl Notebook and having an issue with the battery. Here is a link to test and calibrate the battery. Now with this error code which you list here indicates that it is the RTC battery or CMOS battery. Here is a link to removing and replacing the battery.
Hope this helps you out.
Thanks.
