ProBook 450 G0
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought a new battery for my HP Probook 450 G0, and i would like to check if this battery falls under battery replacement program announced by HP recently just to be safe. More details here - https://h30686.www3.hp.com/

But there are several problems.

When i tried to execute HPBRCULauncher.exe (aka the automatic way to check the battery) it could not finish successfully and said something like "Unknown battery found. Unable to tell whether or not this battery falls under battery recall programm"

Sorry for russian. I couldn't change the language of this program.

Plus i can't manually check the battery because CT number which is printed on the battery, was partially sealed by "very smart" seller with his own warranty badge. The only part of the number i can see is "CT:6BCM..."

HP support assistant was unable to detect CT battery number and displays CT Number: N/A.

So is there any other way to find this CT number?

Thanks!

Hi,

See if you can get it from BIOS setup:
Tap f10 or ESC key as soon as you power on laptop with battery.

No other way of finding it, other than uninstalling and reinstalling HP support assistant, then see battery details :
