Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently changed my battery and bought an identical version (HT03XL) to the one originally installed

I ensured I had the latest BIOS installed and that my UEFI and HPSA were also up to date

No matter what I do the new battery cannot be calibrated

Here are the latest results from HPSA today:

  • Warranty Type: 3
  • Cycle count: 4 / 1000
  • Manufacturer: 333-54-5D-A
  • Battery Age: 6 Months
  • Serial Number: 09001 03/15/2021
  • Temperature: 25 °C
  • Current: 0 mA
  •
  • Terminal Voltage: 13110 mV
  • Design Voltage: 11550 mV
  • AC Power: Yes
  • CT Number: 6GPRNN6GWC61NA
  • Design Capacity: 42 WHr
  • Full Charge Capacity: 39 WHr (92%)
  • Remaining Capacity: 39 WHr

Any suggestions gratefully received - is the new battery faulty?
