Battery plugged in but not charging.
Ran a system check and received the following info:
Battery Check : Primary - Replace (42)
Failure ID: U4MN7R-67H88N-XD7X1F-C0C403
Product ID: C6N88UA#ABA
Primary Battery
Please help. Do I just need to replace my battery?

Yes, apparently your battery is bad. If you are still in warranty HP will replace it. Start a support request by filling out the form here:
