I noticed my battery hasn't been charging at all recently, so I decided to run a diagnostic, and I found that it came with the Error Code: RU3VB1-85399X-XD7X6J-C0DE13, any idea what it is? I want to know if there is a way to fix it, or if I should go get the battery replaced. Thanks!

Try Calibrating the battery first.
