Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Battery wasn't charging. Ran diagnostic and got this Failure ID 9C6388-000B8A-MFPW3A-C6FB13 . Clicked the link to contact Customer Support and it opens a webpage that says access denied. Then scanned the QR code with my phone and it opened a webpage that says Access Denied. How do I get this battery failure fixed? What does this failure ID mean?

That failure code translates to error code 619, which is a battery failure.

 

You will need to have the main battery replaced with a new one.

 

The replacement battery is:

L11119-855
Assembly-battery 3C 41W 3.6A LI HT030

Is there a place online I can get that replacement battery? I'm assuming it's DIY.

It can be DIY or you can have it done at a PC/Notebook shop.

 

There are plenty of online vendors.

 

In this case Google search is your friend.

 

Use HP L11119-855 as the keywords in the search.
