OK how old is it? Specific model? Have you run the advanced diagnostics? The simple OK on the battery test is often not the full story and we need to peek under the hood.

Two years old. The battery was just replaced. I was shocked I had to replace it so quickly. Also surprised they say don't leave it plugged in! I have not run advanced diagnostics. It is an HP Pavilion x360 m Convertible 14m-cd0003dx. Thanx!
