Hello. I have an hp elitebook 850 g5 (touchscreen + rx540 varient. ) i recently got its bettery  changed as a popup error used to show up about battery. I don't remember exact wording but it was basically at 78 percent wear level. So i got a new one. The shopkeeper tried callibrating it but couldn't. For it to reach max wear level battery allows in hwinfo (3.6%) requires hours of charge after the charging light turns off. And it randomly shuts down usually bellow 30% battery charging, and it gies into boot loop state until i connect charger. After connecting charger, the wear level again jumps up and requires another cycle of charging hours after turning off of charging indicator. Im a student so i need reliable timings. Please help.
