According to chapter 1, NVMe M.2 SSD's are supported.

I just have one more question, does it mean that I NVMe can also be bootable? So I can use it as a primary drive.

And if yes, can I use NVMe for windows and still have HDD for file storage?

Yes you can do both, but if you run into this problem (you can't boot from the NVMe drive)...see a possible solution at the discussion below.
