Just received omen 16. Upon checking the warranty already started 7/10/2023. 8 months already. I bought from lotus store lazada. Never reply any chat. Invoice not included. Seal already broken. They just resealed with transparent tape. Dispute this at warranty doesn't even sho

W up eventhough i refresh multiple times already. Even though it can be disputed. Lotus never reply and shut up like a stupid seller. So is there ant ways i can fix the warranty or i just proceed to return tu lotus via lazada. Please help
