Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I wonder how the laptop disembles. There are no screws to loosen. Is it glued or something? I want to change RAM.

Hi,

What is the exact model or product number of your stream computer for further help.

OK. To remove the bottom cover you need to remove the screws under the rubber "feet". On page 23 of the service manual you can see the steps:

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05227771

You will need to check if there is a RAM slot as many model in that series come with onboard memory (soldered to motherboard) and are not upgradeable. If there is a slot, the max RAM is 4GB.

Hope it helps,

David
