Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This may seem like a reduntant question, but i cannot seem to get a straight answer.

 

I have the PC above,  and in the specs, it says it can charge via USB - C.

 

I chatted with tech support and they confirmed that. I then tried with several adaptors and a USB A to USB C cable, including a 60W.

 

It does not recognize the charger. I called tech support, and they said it cannot be charged with USB-C.

 

Does anyone know what is needed in terms of cables and power bricks to charge this via USB-C?

Does the cable have to be USB-C to USB-C, or can it be USB-A to USB C?

 

links to products would be appreciated so i can purchase what i need, if it is possible.
