Hi,

I need new battery for my laptop. But a don't have the old one. So I can't  get battery part number. I have just that information:

Serial number: [Personal Information Removed]

Product: N0J81EA#ACB

Model: 15-ac005ur

 

There are two variants for battery:

1) 3-cell, 10.95 V, 31-Whr

2) 4-cell, 14.8 V, 41-Whr

 

If it possible to find out which batter is the right one for sure?

Well... maybe someone will need with information.

HP official site doesn't have specification for this model. But there are few for 15-ac005. Last two symbols mean keyboard layout. So you can skip that letters.

Moreover, all specifications for 15-ac005 have same battery: 4-cell, 14.8 V, 41-Whr.
