Product: Pavilion 15 AB522TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The current clocked speed is 2.3 ghz by default. It is told the cpu can be max clocked to 2.8ghz on HP Pavilion 15 AB522Tx.
Can anyone guide me how it can be done?

The PCs that HP intends to be overclocked come with an HP utility specifically for that purpose.  

 

If yours does not have that, and you force the overclocking of yours, you risk overheating it, crashing it, and voiding the warranty.
