Hello, I own a HP Pavilion x360 2-in-1 Laptop 14-ek0775ng
[6M668EA#ABD]. Can I simply use Commercial 65w USB C chargers sold on amazon with regular cables?

The answer to that is maybe.

 

Your laptop does have a Power Delivery Port but it is not a thunderbolt port, so it may not work as a charging port for your laptop.

You can charge devices from your laptop's  Power Delivery Port 3.0.
