HP Recommended

At first I plugged in my laptop and the white light blinked for a moment then turn solid Orange then I looked up before him and it said to take out the battery hold the power key down for 10 to 15 seconds but the battery back in and turn it on I did that and now it is running like I can hear the fan running like it's trying to boot but the screen doesn't come on
