HP ENVY Laptop PC 17-cg1000 (19S97AV)

Does anyone have an email address for HP customer complaints in the UK please?

I have a serious safety issue with my laptop continually overheating. The first report of the issue was made on the first day of ownership. It has now progressed to the point where I will not have the product in my home as I have serious concerns that this product will start a fire. I have contacted technical support numerous times and I have been promised call backs that do not happen. I was promised that a manager would call me today and it did not happen.

I am at a loss as to what to do. For a £1200 laptop, this is not the product or customer service I expected. I am also seriously concerned about the safety of my home and family with this product in my house. Even when unplugged and shut down, it is still overheating. I am upset, anxious and extremely worried about safety with this product. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do in the meantime to reduce the risk of fire and keep my home and family safe please?

Thank you.
