HP Recommended
Please i need help, i have a hp laptop. I dont know much about it yet, but i know its hp 15 notebook, intel pentium processor, 4 gb ram, windows 8.1. Thats the little i know for now. Sometime ago i did system restore on my laptop, after which when rebooting it shows the hp logo then shows a screen saying your pc run into a problem and needs to restart, after that it shows preparing automatic repair then the screen goes dark for about 6 min, then it shows diagnosing your pc. After that it says your pc did not start correctly, given me two options: restart and advance options. Click on restart it goes through thesame process again, and i've tried the other options still didn't work. I dont know what to do. The worst part of it i haven't done recovery set yet, i've tried command prompt didn't work. Please i need help. I need this laptop for my coming examination in school. Please someone should help, i'll be greatfull
