Docking stations compatible with OMEN by HP Laptop 16-c0880ng

I am trying to find imformation, which docking stations are compatible with the notebook OMEN by HP Laptop 16-c0880ng.

As you can see on the Amazon link, there are other USB-C connected docking stations available.

On market today, no dock is compatible with Omen machine. As you can see, your machine requires

230 W AC power adapter

The specs of your machine is https://support.hp.com/rs-en/document/c08052338, its USB-C port specs: says it is a SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge) port therefore definitely you won't get full compatible even with HP Thunderbolt™ Dock 230W G2 dock.

My friend, I respectfully beg to differ.

Strenuously.

According to https://support.hp.com/sk-en/document/c08052338, the OMEN by HP Laptop 16-c0880ng is fitted with one: "SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge)", which DOES make it compatible with a (universal) docking station.

Do you believe that ? I did say not FULLY compatible. Which dock are you talking about ? Which Omen machine you are talking about ?

I am talking about the docking station I specifically referenced.

That particular docking station with its listed features IS compatible.  If the OP needs more than the aforementioned docking station's capabilities, the OP can choose to indicate so, and we can have a follow-up dialogue.

What I need from the docking station: connect 2 monitors (both at least full hd, maybe one with 4k resolution), RJ45, few usb ports.

What would it mean if those docking stations are not fully compatible? Do I have to power both, the notebook and the docking station separately?

To the best of my knowledge, this docking station does what it is supposed to do.  From the product description, maybe some functions requires the additional charging.

When I say FULLY I mean fully, not half work. I ONLY recommend users to use accessories I know they work, not half work.

Fully work by my observations : can use SINGLE connection (one cable to connect and also can charge your machine), can use all available ports for monitors, ....
