Dear HP Support,

While checking my pc for hardware issues, I get below error in device manager for SMS/MMS.

BTHENUM\{00001132-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}_VID&00010075_PID&0100

BTHENUM\{00001132-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}_LOCALMFG&000f

Could you please advise how can I get those drivers as HP support does not provide drivers for my laptop?

Thank you very much.

Hi @VugarN,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

BTHENUM is a Microsoft Windows Bluetooth Enumerator, which is a system driver responsible for discovering and managing Bluetooth devices.

To find the correct driver for your HP device that uses BTHENUM, you can follow these steps.

  • Open the Device Manager by right-clicking on the Windows Start button and selecting "Device Manager" from the context menu.
  • Locate your HP device in the list of devices and right-click on it.
  • Select "Properties" from the context menu.
  • In the Properties window, click on the "Details" tab.
  • In the "Property" drop-down menu, select "Hardware Ids."
  • Take note of the Hardware ID listed. It should be in the format of "BTHENUM{Device ID}".
  • Visit the HP website and search for drivers for your specific device using the device name or model number.
  • Look for a driver that matches the Hardware ID you found in Step 6.
  • Download and install the driver.

Alternatively, you can use Windows Update to check for and install the latest drivers for your HP device automatically. To do this, follow these steps.

  • Open the Settings app by clicking on the Windows Start button and selecting "Settings" from the context menu.
  • Click on "Update & Security."
  • Click on "Windows Update."
  • Click on "Check for updates."
  • Windows will automatically check for and install any available updates, including device drivers for your HP device.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
