I tried to chat with an agent online, but I wasn't able to. I don't know if it's because my warranty is expired, but I looked everywhere I wasn't able to find a way to chat to an agent. I even called the number they provided that should help me even with expired warranty and they're closed and say the only way I could get help is from here the HP Support Community. So, this is my only way to get help as of right now. Is there a way to chat with an agent that I couldn't find? or any other suggestions?
