Hi Everyone,

I receive the laptop HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-f0000 (39H22AV) with Windows 11 home and change it with my image Windows 10 pro 21H2  x64. I have one problem with a  Unknow driver.

ACPI\VEN_HPIC&DEV_0014

I try to put all driver from Windows 11 21H2 on my laptop and nothing solved my problem. 

Someone have idea about driver I needed.  My monitor still at generic. I don't know if related???

3D Drive Guard which parks the read head on the hard drive if it senses a drop. Not related to video. 

 

Check this similar post where @Paul_Tikkanen offers the corresponding Windows 10 driver, which I would think would work

That isn't the driver you need.

 

You need this driver, and the only place I could find it was from the Microsoft Update Catalog website.

 

I have zipped up and attached the driver below.

 

You will need to manually install the driver as it comes with no exe file.

 

To manually install the driver, download and unzip the attached file to its folder.

 

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

 

Go to the device manager.  Click on the unknown device needing the driver.

 

Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.

 

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.

 

Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

 

Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for that hardware ID.
