Product: ENVY x360 Convertible 15-cn1250nd
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The battery in my ENVY x360 Convertible 15-cn1250nd notebook has swollen and needs to be replaced. Used the HP hardware diagnostics program to determine that the battery is a LK03052XL (52wH 11.5V) Lion. I have looked all over the internet but I am not able to find the replacement battery anywhere. Does anybody know which other battery can be used in this notebook? Thanks.

Its specs

which says it uses 3-cell, 52.5 Wh Li-ion battery but the manual (page 20) says it uses 4-cell, 55 WHr, 3.6-Ah, Li-Ion battery part # L43267-005 that why you can't find it and your machine is NOT on the list of part # L43267-005

Now, you have to look at its part number and use THAT part # to find for its battery or take a punch
