Hi,

I replaced my HDD with a SSD and now have 2 SSD in my notebook. One M.2 (SATA600) and the other SATA...

Is it possible to enable RAID0 to speed it up a bit? 

Also updated to the newest BIOS-Version (+boot & F9) but still can't find any configurations for hard drives or RAID. -.-

Hello!

 

I'm afraid you cannot do that with HP's BIOSes. In order to do that, you may need to flash a modded BIOS. I don't recommend this, as it can easily brick your PC. There may be an app that allows you to configure RAID at the OS level, I would suggest researching that.
