After screwing around with this hinge issue on my 2 years old Envy 360 for about 1 month I have the solution............I'm buying a Dell laptop. I refuse to ship my laptop to HP to fix it @$250 or pay the local shop $150...again (this is the second time the hinge has broken). Shame on you HP! I have never had anything but HP computer since my 20's but that is about to change. Horrible service and I'm sure someone from HP will respond to this saying they are "accelerating this the level 2" but that's just a waste of time, don't fall for it. What you should do is give a name and contact number.
