Dear Hp,

I have bought my HP Envy x360 back in late 2018, and my screen has popped out from the bottom right. I have seen and read many forums on this same issue, and I believe there is a defect in the problem. Sadly my warranty has run out and after contacting Hp in my local region, Hp is no longer producing the spare part  L20117-001, to replace the whole back screen. I am not sure how to progress any further into repairing my laptop. I have posted a photo for visual representation that was taken from another forum that has the same exact issue that I have(https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Envy-X360-screen-popped-out/m-...)

It would be greatly appreciated if you could guide me through appropriate steps in order to solve this issue!

Hi@joefares02,

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Apologies for all the inconvenience

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like hardware related issue with the hinge assembly and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically.  HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/

Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance. Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solutio
