Everything loads slowly, switching programs, turning on, opening windows, loading web pages

 

error checking with drive diagnostic system errors

Done all the HP support app help diagnostics tests

Optimized / Defragmented drives

 

8th gen Intel core i3 processor 

4 GB ddr4 sram 

16 GB intel optane memory pcie nvme 

1 tb hard drive storage 

 

C drive shows 798 gb free of 915 gb

D drive shows 1.76 gb free of 14.7 gb
