FIX - Qualcomm atheros ar3011 bluetooth 3.0 adapter error code 43 hp Probook 4530s

"I have problem with my bluetooth device qualcomm atheros ar3011 bluetooth 3.0 adapter, the error code is 43. I tried everything on the internet but nothing worked. there are no drivers available on HP and the windows update is not giving me anything. Please help urgently."

After uninstalling the driver and software for the bluetooth device (ar3011), i installed the driver (link below) from HP's 4530s driver page. After installing it fully it should end up with error 43 and have that dreaded exclamation mark beside it.

The fix for me was to right click the Qualcomm Atheros bluetooth driver in Device Manager > Update  Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > UNCHECK 'Show compatible hardware > Navigate to and select 'Qualcomm Atheros Communications > Select 'Qualcomm Atheros AR3012 Bluetooth 4.0 + HS 5/21/2015' and hit 'Next' > Accept/OK the next window stating it may not work.

After that it should just install the correct version. If this doesn't work for anyone, i'd try to repeat that process but select one of the devices below once picking a Qualcomm Atheros driver revision to install.

Main problem: Your Notebook "HP ProBook 4530s Notebook PC"  is not HP certified for Windows 10 or 11 !

The drivers provides by HP are Windows 8.x only:

You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.

The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information, just about the computer, no sensitive data.
