HP Recommended
Product: HP Probook 440 G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Probook laptop and it has a fingerprint scanner but, it doesn't work and when I check the device manager I don't see biometric devices and I try downloading the drivers at the HP Support website but it doesn't work.
