Hi,
recently I changed my hdd with an ssd and I reinstalled windows 10 home from zero. But I noticed that I can not use the fingerprint sensor to access my account and I saw there's no device in the I/O list. I tried to install the right driver from HP but the following error message "Failed to extract the cab" appear and no installation occurs. How do I recover the fingerprint sensor?
