Yesteday, i spilled Coke on my laptop's keyboard. Now half of the keys are not functioning. All other aspects of the laptop are working perfectly fine. I guess I should buy a new keyboard. Today, I mailed my local HP dealer and told them the following data:
Laptop model - Omen 15-dc1014nu
[personal information removed]
ProductID - 8BK10EA#AKS.
However, they told me they are not sure which type exactly my keyboard is, because there are 2 types - with or without touchpad. I was surprised, because I thought HP Support must know exactly the parts of their laptops. Can you tell me which type my keyboard is (with or without integrated touchpad) and the exact part number, if possible.
