HP Recommended

Hello,
I am using an HP 250 G9 laptop with an Intel i5-1235U processor and 12 GB (originally 8 GB) DDR4 3200 MHz RAM. When I first bought it, I had no performance problems, but recently I have started experiencing severe stuttering in games. For example, even in a low-demand game like Roblox, my GPU frequency drops and the game stutters.

This is not caused by overheating. Since the laptop does not have a dedicated GPU, it uses 4 GB shared memory from the RAM. I even upgraded the RAM to solve this, but the issue remains. I have a BIOS lock, so I cannot change any BIOS settings. I have tried many solutions with HP/Intel applications, but nothing worked.

While idle, the GPU frequency is around 300 MHz, but in games it first rises to around 1200 MHz, then quickly drops, causing lag.

Dear HP technicians, please help me solve this issue.

Best regards,

Yiğit
