Just to be clear - this happened after you called the command prompt and ran some sort of partition tool?  and now there is no boot loader to start the computer?

Assuming there is nothing in the boot order now that is good for booting, do you believe the Windows 10 install is still there, just the boot loader has been corrupted or is gone?

Try booting to the Windows 10 install media and pick "Repair this computer" instead of the install.  Then  repair with advanced options

If you need the install media for Windows 10, you can make it from this Microsoft download

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"
and then follow the directions. You can make either the DVD or USB.

If the repair fails to fix the boot problem and you believe the Windows 10 install is still there, there are other options to try.  Report back with any results, or you can just reinstall Windows 10 from this media.
When the install asks for the product key, click the I don't have a product key option to continue,
then the install will continue It will be activated once it connects to the internet, as it uses a digital key.
