I decided to go for downloading the latest drivers directly from AMD.

Installed April's 2020 AMD Graphic Drviers.

 

Issue didn't occure since.

 

Hopefully this resolved the issue for me too.

That's excellent news. Mine has had daily use for over a month since I updated the graphics drivers and it has worked without a problem.

I just got my envy x360 13 today and did a fresh windows install. But now I have overheating issues even while doing nothing. I am literally typinh this and it is blowing off hot air. please help

this is not any windows setting bios , thise agents and hp support needs to know its the machine itself i have mine send to  hungary and they changes motherboard  and fan then its running as it should
