HP Elitebook 840 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Device manager shows warning next to Other devices/Base System Device, in Properties it says no driver is installed. It could be smart card reader, because it doesn't seem to be installed, and I cannot find any driver.

Could someone help, please? Where can I download the driver? Or at least what type/model of smart card reader is in these notebooks?

Perhaps this code might help someone understand:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_15D9&SUBSYS_83B2103C&REV_02\8230206AB9B7D00000

Hi:

You need this driver for that device...

This package provides the Thunderbolt Secure Connect Utility for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp102001-102500/sp102376.exe

The SD card reader device doesn't show up unless you insert a SD card.
