HP ENVY Laptop - 15-ep0500na
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there,

I've got a HP Envy 15 and the rubber strip/feet on the bottom is peeling off. My HP warranty has expired, however, I did buy the HP Care Pack to get an additional 2 years on top. I've rang HP who said Currys (Who I bought the laptop from) should cover this, but when ringing Currys they said HP should fix this. I'm lost here.

How can I get a new strip set for the bottom of my laptop?

I saw on the below post that there's a HP Spare Number for the part, why cant HP send me this?

I feel hard done by here as this is why I bought the additional warranty!
