HP Envy x360 Convertible 13"

I purchased the HP Envy 13 x360  convertible laptop, the rubber strips that sit on the base of the laptop are coming away.  My mum has an identical laptop and the same issue, so clearly not a user issue! Can you advise how I can order a replacement? Online assistant comes up  with '403 access denied' error...

I just had the same problem. I’ve only had this laptop for 5 months. I have been reading online and it seems like people have been having this problem for years with their Envy x360.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.  

 

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
