HP Laypto Keybord not working

Is it possible for anyone to tell me what this error message means M05BJ2-8PA9PB-MFPURG-G1JK13 ?  My keyboard suddenly stopped working and the driver software has been reloaded multiple times.

As the test has failed this clearly indicates a possible hardware failure with the keyboard.

I will contact the support team today.  Where is your closest repair center to the city of Fort Lauderdale Zip code 33315?  The laptop is in the Bahamas however I can transport the item to that location.  Also does hp sell keyboards for HP pavilion 15-cc563?  I look forward to receiving your response.

Also, the battery can be replaced via the HP Parts store or any local online store such as eBay, Amazon, etc...

if the device isn't within the HP warranty, and here's the universal part number that you could use to purchase the part online: 929869-001 <Just google this and you'll see what I mean>
