GO Notebook-15-f211 am rouch
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all I need HELP. I have had nothing but nightmares with my HP Notebook - 15 -F211 am touch. HP had to replace the hard drive around 3 years ago right before my warranty ran out. Since I got the computer back I have had nothing but nightmares with it. Now it has a black screen that reads

Boot Device Not Found

Please install an operation system on your hard disk

Hard Disk (3FO)

I did everything to try to fix it but no luck! My husband looked under the key pad and found out it does not have a fan installed in it! Now could that be causing the problem? Do you think my hard drive is burnt up again because it's telling me now no hard drive installed?? I am not computer savvy but I know you got to have a fan to cool the motor right? I don't know what to do maybe someone out there can tell me what to do. Thanks
