OMEN by HP - 15-dc0082tx
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi!

I am facing heating issue on my Omen by HP-dc0082tx model. Whenever I start my laptop, the fans of my laptop runs at high speed always. I also checked the Omen Command Center for temperatures, and I have observed that the CPU temperature are always above 90 degree Celsius even when no application is running. Due to this issue, charging also gets stopped at certain intervals.

I have done following things : 1. BIOS Updates

                                                         2. Windows Updates, Graphics Driver Updates.

                                                        3. Run the hardware test but no issues found

Kindly help me with my laptop heating issue!

Best Regards,

Shiva
