is possible to install 8 GB ram instead the original 4GB?

Hi,

 

Your PC supports max 12GB of GB DDR4-2133Mhz RAM

 

You can also use 2400Mhz modules.

 

You can see various configurations on page 1 of service manual. On page 58 of service manual you can see the steps to upgrade RAM which in you model is quite complicated as you need to dismantle the whole PC removing the system board.
