I'm trying to install a second HD or SSD on my notebook ZBOOK G3 17, but i can't see the HDD or sSD i have installed.
How can i do that, to install and recognize the HD or SSD,there is some configuration in Bios to display the second HD or SSD?

That laptop has 2 M.2 slots and then also 2 2.5 inch bays. I have the 15 inch version of basically the same laptop, which has only one 2.5 inch bay. Which slots are you trying to use? Refer to the Manual to describe (see link below) Are you just trying to use the extra drive as storage? Did you initialize (partition and format) the drive you installed? What are you using as the boot disk?

Show up where? In Windows or The BIOS or both? Is it a new blank hard drive? In that case you have to initialize it i.e partition, format and mount it before Windows sees it. Was the mounting kit already present in the laptop? There was one in mine for a 2.5 inch disk. Mine originally came with an M.2 SSD only and I now have 2 x M.2 SSD and a 2.5 inch SATA SSD in mine. So let's walk through what you have tried to do to make the 2.5 inch hard drive visible to you.

It is not displayed in Windows. I could not identify it in the BIOS and I have already tried with a 1TB SSD HD and a normal 500 GB HD, neither of them are displayed in the BIOS or in the internal Windows program that mounts HDs and SSDs. Do you know or have the program or any other HP application to mount the HD. My notebook now has a 1TB SSD.2 and I would like to put the other one just to save my work files. I do not know if it could be the HD slot in the notebook that may be having problems, but I have already checked it with the BIOS software and it does not report any errors. If you can help me, I would be very grateful.

Storage ports have to be individually enabled in the BIOS. If you have only been using one of the M.2 slots it may be the only one turned on. See this screenshot from my BIOScheck the boxes on all storage ports
To enter BIOS tap esc as you power up then choose the BIOS option in the menu.

Now we are getting somewhere. As I said above, my Zbook 15 G3 came with the caddy and connector to install a 2.5 inch drive. Yours apparently did not
