Product: HP envy x360 m convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have been using the HP envy x360 model- 15m-dr1012dx for close to 2 years. recently I have started facing the problem of overheating only while charging the device, I have cleaned all the vents which got blocked by dust though everything is clear now but the same issue continues even after cleaning every port updating the BIOS changing the fan to always on in BIOS .Capture.PNG

windows Is up to date, there is no issue related to battery backup.
