A) can i add more RAM to this laoptop - would like to add 8 Ram

B) what would be the correct refferance / product for this upgrade.

C) is it easy to do at home...

Hi:

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1 on page 2.

 

You can install up to 16 GB of memory (2 x 8 GB), of DDR4-2133 or DDR4-2400 memory (2400 will run at 2133 Mhz).

The ease of installing memory is directly proportional to your talent with taking things apart and putting them back together again without breaking anything in the process.

 

Check chapter 6 of the service manual to see if you feel you can do the work yourself.
