This Hp laptop has been my worst buy ever. I have been having since the day I bought it! Now I have an error for my hard disk done through HP diagnostics: UC1363-971A76-XD7URF-619E13. I tried to connect to an actual agent through virtual agent service but guess what just because my warranty period is over I cant even get to an actual agent. Just because my warranty is over doesnt mean I cant get to actual agent online to know about the problems. too poor product and post sales services. I dont know how this company is running with such low level of services

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting a hard drive error when you start the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I checked the failure ID you have shared, and I see that the hard drive is gone bad on the computer and needs replacement.

 

I recommend you contact support and check the available service options for your computer. As you have mentioned that the computer is out of warranty you need to select the paid option to reach the support team.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

 

In case if you are unable to reach the support team, help me with your region (Country) in a private message and I will share the contact details.
