Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-wd000 (7B9S2AV)

Hey,
I recently bought an HP Omen Laptop (16 GB RAM, 4060 RTX 8 GB being the main specs ), however i can see the usable RAM is 13.7 GB  out of 16 GBs.
Is that fine? Or is this faulty?

Hi:

 

That's fine.

 

Some of the system memory is probably allocated to support the graphics if 8 GB is not enough.

 

Run the Windows resource monitor app and it will show you how the 16 GB of system memory is being used.
