Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I'd like to know how to disable charging USB-C ports when the laptop is shutdown.

 

Laptop: ZBook 15 G4

Product Number: 2FY64UP#ABA

BIOS: P70 Ver. 01.39 - 04/29/2021.

 

I already dischecked the "USB Legacy Port Charging" in the Andvanced > Port Options menù, but the USB-C still charges when laptop is shutdown.

 

Have you any other ideas?

UPDATE

Two days ago the BIOS firmware updated from 1.39 to 1.44 version and nothing is changed about turning off  the USB-C charge when the laptop is shutdown.

 

I remain waiting for kind feedback from someone who knows how to solve the problem
