HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba1000 (1F4E5AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

HI HP Support Community Team and Experts:
I bought HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba1000 (1F4E5AV) on 29 May 2021 and it was working fine.
Recently I have observed a visible crack on left hinge when close the lid. I started looking in this community and found it's a design fault and a good large number of customer reported this issue.

I need help to fix this issue as my warranty is expired. Please suggest how to get support from HP as I am ensuring this laptop had never been through any rogue usages, free fall or drag race.
