The unit has w11. Drivers are updated, battery has been changed twice, also the power adapter, the laptop is unable to charge the battery, is always in 0%.
I've done everything. BIOS is updated, I received yesterday a brand new battery and it's 0% and unable to charge it above that number.
I NEED HELP

Is your notebook still in warranty?
Have you tried charging the notebook's battery with the notebook off?
Is there any response (leds light up or flashing) when you press the power button on the notebook?

@pmtnz92 -- something is wrong with the internal "switching" of the incoming power. None of the power is being diverted to recharge the battery. This is a hardware problem -- very difficult to fix, except by an expensive replacement of the motherboard.
Is the original one-year HP Warranty still in effect? If so, HP will repair/replace your computer, at their expense. Otherwise, they will charge you for repair.

Yes, that's what I think. There is a hardware issue.
The PC still have 1 year of warranty left.
There is a case open for them to pick up the unit and repair it with no cost. I assume that even when it's a hardware issue very hard to fix without replacing anything, they must send me back the device fixed or a new one, or something, but they told me that the unit will be back to me repaired 100% with no cost.

Blinking with orange color indicates an error state.
Counting the number of blinks is important to know for determining the reason for the error.
The led will blink a number of times and then repeat.
What is the count?
It is quite likely that using HP's warranty service to have you notebook repaired is an appropriate thing to do.

@pmtnz92 -- the led is blinking in orange color.
Many times, an orange colour is not an "error condition".
When my monitor goes to "sleep" ("power-saving mode") the green LED becomes yellow/orange.
When my laptop's battery is not 100% charged, the LED is orange, turning green when the charge is 100%.
Count the beeps, and notice the pattern. Then, Google-search for "HP Beep Codes".
